Greetings to all, and to @LoaderSaints.

Any news on the front of the FPS drop when switching lights ON? I've sold and re-bought all my RJL trucks (R-4, R2009 and T), but the problems seems still present, even if perhaps with some less impact with "newer" trucks: just a tiny bit.
Eiher in OpenGL, either in DirectX11, I have a drastic drop in FPS when turning lights ON.

Although within Windows I can get a very much higher averall detail, of course, and under macOS the framerate is the same but with an incredibly much lower graphic setting, in either case unfortunately I've noticed in fact the drop in FPS when turning the lights on: everything seems perfect in the cabin and looking around, until… I turn lights ON. Then I am dropping from, say, 45/47 fps to 34/36 or even less: this of course happens in "my" garage in daytime facing the doors, let alone at night, with traffic in cities…

The fact is that… my actual system cannot afford it, I guess, so unless issued and possibly fixed, I am afraid I will have to abandon this MOD.
Too bad for me, after so many years, but it seems I have no choice…
I wouldn't certainly want to appear unpolite in anyway, but I have to ask: has this mystery been inquired? Or, will it be, perhaps in the next future? I would like to know, since I could certainly wait with my not-used RJL trucks in garages for a solution, or – should a solution never be found – sell them and replace with SCS trucks… Basically I have no other possible choices, I am afraid.

I’m having the exact same issue @MacCekko. I’ve even tried it on a completely new profile with zero mods. The second I turn the lights on, my frames drop by about 20 fps. And this only occurs in the interior view, if I’m in the exterior view and turn the lights on, it doesn’t drop my fps at all. I’ve also tried every single interior that’s available thinking maybe there was an issue with a certain interior that was causing a problem. I’ve also brought the dashboard brightness all the way down so you couldn’t even see the lights on the dashboard, but this didn’t make a difference either. I’ve tried other trucks and there’s no frame drops with them either and I also never had this issue before. I’m totally stumped as to what’s causing it…

Yes, you're right @Omisake of course: I forgot to write that in fact the problem occurs only in interior view. In external view, the FPS are perfect. So there must be 'some' problem with the cab itself (and/or the files that compose it).
And yes, actually this problem occurs ONLY with Scania Trucks by RJL (and with their counterpart in ATS, talking about Frkn64 Scania T models, which I have already abandoned).
Let's hope that with some tweak, @LoaderSaints can solve 'our' troubles.

@Scania500vlbg Sounds like you are having a mod conflict with a 3rd party mod. The order of the RJL mods does not matter apart from the addons requiring higher priority than the main mods. There is no P-series included in the RJL mods, so if you have one it's from another mod.

ok sorry sure RJL ends at the G model.. so that means the addons above the RJL main Mod and where then the Tseries and R4
