[REL] [1.43] RJL Scania T v21.12.9

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Re: [REL] [1.40] RJL Scania T v21.5.22
I have a question about the compressed air. As an old trucker, I find it very strange that you have to drive almost a hundred kilometres until the boilers are full. Then, after a break, they are completely empty again. You can also achieve this by braking two or three times in a row.
This is all more than unrealistic and even ridiculous. Even when the boilers are completely empty, the air compressor does not need five minutes. And the boilers keep the pressure for days, even if the truck is not moved. Since I like to drive the T the most, it is of course particularly noticeable to me here. However, I think this is a general problem. Can it be changed?

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.

The only thing we have the ability to modify concerning the compressed air system is the nominal pressure (per chassis). The rest is hardcoded by SCS.
Re: [REL] [1.40] RJL Scania T v21.5.22
I almost thought so.
SCS should take further action on this. A simulation of a compressed air system is only useful if the simulation is not light years away from reality.

Does anyone else seem to have this problem?
The lights of this truck seem to be acting like this for me for some reason.
Yes, I did try it without any other mods to rule out other mods causing it. This also seems to have the same result for some reason.
Would it need a update? I have my copy trough steam. Sorry I can't grab the link now, steam is being a pain for some reason (error: E502 L3)

EDIT:
Finally, steam allowed me to grab the link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 2466522174

What game version are you running? Have you unsubscribed and resubscribed to force it to redownload the latest version?

@De_Ruyter Make sure you are using the latest version of the mod (v21.5.22). You should be able to find the version number either by looking at the mod's info in the Mod Manager screen or by opening the manifest.sii within the mod itself.
