You can do it by yourself. Doubble klick the .scs file, double klick the manifest file, change the 1.37 to 1.38 and save,
close the zip prog and confirm the changes. You are done

not criticizing the efforts of the modders as real life takes priority, seems they just get it updated and SCS updates the game, must be frustrating to them
