In order to change all the trailers wheels,i have to change in all .sii files or just in the narko1.sii?

you have to change everything in the .sii if you want to change the wheels on all the skins.

@MDModding: For him to do that, this trailer mod has to be unlocked. Getting data errors trying to read files in the zip (same goes with extracting)

Sure, I can. In fact, I just did with DART. Otherwise, if someone doesn't know about DART, they can't modify the def files in the mod.

No, SCS unlocker is only for the game files. DART works with "damaged" mod archives.
