SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. Instead of laughing, check the page 29 of this topic.
This trailer WORKS in 1.41 after some edits and small addons. But for some people who "play only" it's still a black magic.

the fact alone that it need external edits that need to be placed in order is proof enogh that its not work properly by its own.
and your fix is jesterdays news there is another more effective fix that covers more spots. figuratively......
just take a look at kristoffs chereau skin post.
and still this are only cosmetics ... the axels need to be fixed , the gloss reduced , the shadows corrected and so on and so forth....

I did not had time to sit and play with other issues. Too much time consuming, especially when you have a lot of real life things to do...
Most of the people updated this trailer by their own but will not publish the model without MDmodder permission.

I can confirm also at this beauty of Chereau Trailer works like charm, Game V1.41
Only at i still cant edit my own custom license plate, But thats my problem, Seems ...

use the template; Bumper 01_02- 1024x1024 and when creating the skin apply these; acc_list
a specific xml-template is available for this trailer...
a simple click & add texture (with information which template to use for it) and export to a game-ready mod

Hey, which def file should the above list be added/removed from? I skinned the bumper file with my license plate as you did in your reply but it's still not showing up. Sorry if this is something simple, been a while since I last played and just getting into the modding system again.

I checked my templates and noticed I had made some adjustments as I had this problem...
so here's my fixed template for the bumper
you see the location of the license plate.... the license plate SKINNABLE version is only available for the Bumper 01 the correct acc_list to use to have it visible for these bumper options:
however one could include the others aswell, guess you get the in-game license plate,
but the same colorbackground... guessing (note checked)
doesn't hurt to leave them as is.....
