BTW a quick progress report from the "tandem" WIP":
Yesterday I could take my first 34 tons job within Scandinavia with a tandem silo

I decide to base the mod on Kast's RJL tandem add on and IconRJ's chassis. The latter, unfortunately, is not up to date with the current ETS2 release yet...
So, please don't expect a release of something like a "Feldbinder Tandem Addon" until the required truck chassis are available
Meanwhile, I will be preparing some more nice paint jobs for Scandinavian silo trucks...

he offers support for AI traffic. so if someone creates the necessary defs and of course has the right skins,(although the defs are already there, but there are no skins at the other end) you might see the trailers in traffic.LAFAYET47 wrote: ↑13 Jul 2020 16:25Reading the first post would have answered your question:

i haven't done it myself yet, but i was wondering why i haven't seen a trailer in traffic so far, so i just took a closer look at the defs.

and of course thanks for the update, i like the trailers.

It is in traffic, I have seen them
If you play with other (huge) traffic packs it might be difficult to spot them, that's true

Here is one in AI traffic:

And yes, I have reduced the spawn rate so that it is less often seen than Box trailers, but you can change that if you want: just look in "def\vehicle\trailer\" for "ffb_<silotype>_traffic.sii" and change the value of "spawn_ratio" in thes files.

all right, I take it all back and say the opposite. 
i was at 1.38 and there the trailers don't work in traffic. but i have no idea what is the reason. the defs all look the same, i can't see any difference.
also all other trailers from 1.37 still work on 1.38 without any changes, no problems.
so i have to apologize.

Actually, the Freight Market and AI silo trailers have been mapped to match most of SCS's standard skins. My last post "Nos pâturages" is an example for that. The Defs in my mod point to the SCS skins by default. However, not every in-game company has its own trailer skins - e.g. quarries where you can pick up sand or cement don't have own skins - so some of the trailers will remain white.
AFAIK, SCS changed all DEFs which are included by other DEFs in v1.38 OB, from ".sii" to ".sui". I will investigate whether renaming these DEFs makes the difference.
