SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

Truck skin templates for UV channel 3
I captured UV map #3 of all truck models on ZModeler 3.
I heard that nobody created this yet...

If you want to put some text in your texture, I think you should use UV#2. (I mean, layout of matching_pattern.dds as ever)
But I don't know UV#2 can use the metallic color (flipflake).

Oh, it's a very useful stuff! I never understood why SCS can't make those templates... So, many thanks!
As for 2nd UV's and metallics - yes, it works correctly. Only one thing - you should use fullsize textures and 100% ratio (flake_uvscale: 1).

Through Bender after extracting the SCS game files or do you know where I can get 'em and skip the hard work as Bender and me is not that acquianted
