Eska Lublin radio not working

Hello, I noticed I can't connect to this radio, even though I could earlier. Other radios are working just fine. Please fix.

Radio stations are starting to use new and different ways of broadcasting - and theres plenty of them. We know about the problem, and are working on solution which would be ok for the game engine and also for satisfying number of rados in the game.
Fluent in a few languages, sarcasm and irony included. /truth on - currently overloaded, sorry for not answering your PMs - will do so once I got some time

You can split into its own plugin which would mix into game audio using its positional sound.
