Problem with Rebuild in ETS2- 1.30 Beta

Hello,

I posted here outside, because it is not a problem of bug on 1.30 ... I think ... but anyway I want to ask you in SCS for some idea or help how to fix everything.

I cut short that Game.log ....Forum do not allow me put whole in ... lol

those signs on start are after when game Load my map in it ... no-rebuild on it , but Saved in 1.30

I think, the biggest problem is on the end. Those last 4-5 lines. Obviously in some MAT I have that problem with path and slash in there .... but how to find out that ? I dont have any location ...

I already overlook half of my MAT ....and I work further ... why in this case dont get some problem location ?

After that last Update in Beta 1.30 I see my map with or without North Italy Sectors in Editor. I can save it, it works ok. But Rebuilt crash on exactly 45% and with that last line ! ....

Any idea, help will help for sure. But for future will be ok, that we get some note for location on those MAT problems too . We got for DDS and TOBJ when something dont work ...

If the error is caused by prefab or model, you might be able to find the model responsible for that by running the validation mode (validate command on console). Also please post the game.crash.txt

Yes, I saw that you released 1.30 in Public and help in Modding guides too.

I will first overlook all MAT documents to the end. Maybe I will find somewhere mistake in "path"

what I think must be somewhere problem with path type :

texture[0] : "/model/moj/...."
texture_name[0] : "texture_base"

I think that is problem in that "slash" before word "model" ... but over weekend I will have some new details ... and I will share Game.log and .crash too. No problem.
I will test both versions, with and without North Italy Sectors.

The error message actually tells you what the incorrect path is. In this case the path is empty so the information is not that helpful in finding the place.

Edit: I checked the 1.28 version of your mod. The crash is caused by roads with stamps which have no material. It seems that at some moment in the past you did edit the map while terrain material used by those stamps was missing. As result all those stamps did lost the material and the current version of the game can not deal with that. The next build should be able to survive that.

The problematic roads are:

While you can delete some from them using the g_delete_uid command, other are too close together so the editor will crash when it moves the camera to the area where the item was so you can not fix it with the current build.

thank you for your time. I worked all weekend on MAT overlook and it seems that is everything ok ... I will fix first those roads in 1.28 and Rebuild and then I will try again in 1.30 ... and give you feedback!

If the missing material was from the "automat" folder, you can add the following fix to your mods, temporarily: http://www.hoerfehler.de/media/ETS2/automat/automat.zip

This is an archive which covers most of the major updates, when it comes to "automat" materials. Beginning with game version 1.9 or so. Can't say if it would help you, but there is a chance.

This is from my own server, it is clean.

Reinhard, thank you, but it was not in my MAT documents problem, but in road path and Stamps which I use from FLD package - he put that in there. I removed that in 1.28 version, replaced roads which showed me Komat and Rebuild. Then I put back that Stamp and it works ok.

the result of your suggestion is, that I can Rebuild my 1.28 map MOD MHAPro in update 1.30 now. But I have here the new problem, which I don't see after the first rebuild in my Editor.

So, I will give you Game.log and Game.crash here for the first Rebuild which documents have number 1 behind and with number 2 are those which I made after first Rebuild and Load again in Editor.
After the first Rebuild, everything shows in Editor that is ok, but when I make new data and Load again, my signs are back with the same problem like before the first Rebuild. I know that we in ATS just Rebuild that and game everything convert and proof and it was work with new Load in Editor and later too. No, here do not want.

Question is: this version does not convert signs in game, my old signs, with old system ?? In ATS game convert old signs in and with next Load everything works perfectly. Here I got Warnings like after the first Load in 1.30.

And just one question for out of curiosity: why in Game crash show my old Graphics card, and not this one which I use and you can see in Game.log?

So, how to solve this with signs now? I have them all in my Economy data all the time. If I save and Rebuild that 10 times, what I did ...lol ... it shows all the time the same, like I wrote above.

Today I looked at my map MOD in Editor with a camera, my signs are visible. But when I start my map MOD Editor I always got those Warnings - just on start - in yellow - for signs.

Later on, when I go to Camera cross places where I have my signs, in Console I got all lines in white - no errors. ¸

The same thing is on the map with or without North Italy Sectors. I started map MOD in Editor too, drove in there and signs don't show any Error, but map MOD react in a game the same way, like in Editor. Shows first
all Warnings for signs - later on, that don't show anymore.

So, what now? ... that is not perfect when in the start I always get Warnings for signs ... why a game that doesn't Rebuild with version 1.30?

To fix those sign template warnings, you need to do what the warning says: Open those sign templates in the template editor and resave them.
