@d4nn I do not see any mention about with or without cargo.
Without trailer or semi-trailer 90
With trailer 80

That would mean that a rigid heavy truck could drive 90km/h, right?
When they do not have a trailer.
I said 'cargo' but meant 'any type of attachment', I will edit it to be more clear

And yes a rigid would be allowed 90, with a trailer 80.

@BRCKHMPTN double depressing then, morale and heighth.

Teruel's exit exists but Teruel itself doesn't exist. So let me insist on these existential issues, if there's no exit to a city that doesn't exist... Look for a wardrobe, maybe inside there's the exit to Teruel, like a connection to Narnia DLC.

I am aware of that, however, don't most drivers get added to the base game during the same update as a DLC?
As I told you no, it doesn't

2019 give us 2 additions of drivers, so 1 for sure isn't related to a DLC (the other I can't remember neither confirm). And 2018 Baltics DLC had not a drivers increase neither, if I remember well.

Driver numbers aren't tied to DLCs. Are tied to when they have a bunch of new people to get added in there (since they use real people portraits).

I had to create those signs from "nothing", as this road isn't finished yet in real life. It's WIP (as you can see on satellite images). I was only referring to this fact, not to the situation in game.
I do think that this road was well done by you all :)

Maybe one day I'll find it? Who knows

How many cities have you discovered already? I'm at 14/49, 10 of which also counted toward the WoT event.

I finished Cruising Iberia and it was... painfully boring  Iberia looks great but the lack of small roads is really noticeable, I really wouldn't mind a smaller but denser DLC.

18/49 cities
17/20 event (magically my HDD revived, but I had already reverted all my PC licenses by then).

I wouldn't call it boring, in fact you need to pay attention to the signs or else you'll end up lost.

BTW, I exceeded rest time 3 times already, 1 reaching Arroyo del Ojanco (Jaén-Albacete) and 2 in Calzadilla de los Barros (Sevilla-Badajoz). Calzadilla de los Barros may ring a bell for those who hear the music groups Ladilla Rusa and Los Ganglios.

Spain and Portugal have a really really dense network of motorways/highways, they simply can´t be omitted in favour of secondary roads...this would be a huge mistake. These roads are what logistics companies mostly use in their daily operations, not secondary roads for admiring beautiful landscapes. I see that quite a few people who have never been in Iberia (heck, and even many of my fellow countrymen) have a hard time understanding this, but it is what is. I do however recognize that some additional secondary roads could have implemented ofc, but SCS did quite a good job giving us the most important roads. Scale is another factor that people usually forget, you can´t simply put a lot of highways and and a lot of secondary roads in 1:19 scale and expect the whole thing work. This is not how mapping works, there are really a lot of constraints because of the scale the game uses.

In my opinion as native unhabitant of Iberia, this problem with secondary roads is quite low in my list of priorities. I have much more concerns with signage and elevation changes. In both of these fields I have already feel somewhat dissapointed. I just can´t understand why ATS signage is soo awesome and ETS2 (even it is much better than in the past) is still subpair, very simplified and lame at times. With elevation changes same thing, why it is so awesome in the latest ATS DLC's and not in ETS2? Iberia was a HUGE oportunity to prove a broader audience that not whole Europe is flat as a pancake, and yet they have failed. I have been already in 3 well known mountain passes in Spain and they all feel very flat...not even a small struggle for your truck, absolutely anything. I want to believe this will change with the remaining mountain passes that I have not been yet, but man, I have a bad feeling...
