I can't risk going to 1.28 because I will want to revert back to 1.27 and it will reinstall me the version 1.27.2.3 instead of 1.27.2.9 which probably means loosing the steerable axles .

The 1.27 public beta (aka stored release to play old version 1.27) has just been upgraded to 1.27.2.9s. So at least that shouldn't be an issue.

would somebody let me know when the menu freezing issue is finish and when the game will run well with Nvidia inspector.

i had also from time to time freezing, but only if i changed to the desktop, but not always.
but since yesterday not once anymore. maybe they fixed it? but maybe it need more time to test.
