As i see, bug reports are now stoping, so.. I was wondering, the 1.28 is early to be release? Someone know?

What do you mean "the new dashboard is missing"? I made a quick comparison with official DAF photo and it looks pretty OK. What's missing? Or are you talking about the new computer interface?

Look at picture.
Tachometer and speedometer are new style in version 2017.
Display also had some changes.

they have been changed game as well - you just need to have facelifted version of interior.

I have facelifted version for my interior but it's the old dashboard. Just fuel gauge and temperature change, not speedometer and not tachometer.

that is strange. i saw 2017-style gauges in our daf.
will check where they could be lost.

I think SCS release the DAF Tuning Pack DLC immediately after the release of 1.28 Final Version.

I think we already got new parts with the 2017 facelift in open beta, what more do you want?
