I don't know where in France Renault Truck factory, but looks like it is in Orleans, so untill SCS don't get licence of Volvo group - we will don't see Orlean in game.

The manufacture of Renault Trucks is in Bourg en Bresse. It is 60 kms from Lyon.
To Saint Priest and Venissieux it is only the storage of spare parts.
To Blainville-sur-Orne in Normandie, It's the manufacture of the cabin for the range T and then sends them to bourg en bresse for assembly.

Yeah, I'd say this is more of a "was" rather than an "is". This looks squarely like unused content rather than future content.

It's a shame, not gonna lie. Normally I wouldn't sweat unused content too much, but Orléans is one of the few French cities I'm actually a little familiar with! Granted, I mostly know it for all of the neat history surrounding it, which doesn't really have much to do with its modern state or indeed trucking. I'd be happy to see it make it into the game if they ever had the chance to fill it in between projects, though, especially since it'd be another excuse to spend more time in France.
