Lifted axle in trailer - any difference?

Hi guys,

just wondering, is there any difference in driving after lifting the axle in trailer? Or is it just a visual feature?

Wheeldrag when turning. And even the turn radius will change

both turning radius and consumption are affected.
also wheel damage, but it is not visible for player.
