Poll: Which area should SCS add to ETS2 after Iberia?

Ireland is better off in its own cheap DLC. I do not see it being added in the UK rework as mainland Ireland is not even part of the UK and it has it's own themes and architecture. I suppose if the UK reworks are announced then it could be a major clue to an Ireland DLC. I personally would rather see an Ireland DLC after Iberia as the British Isles have not been touched/reworked since ETS2 released before SCS work on other parts of Europe (not that I'm from Ireland or anywhere else in Europe). If Ireland does not come after Iberia I highly suspect that the Western Balkan region will probably be released in 2021 which I also would really like to see in ETS2 but I kinda doubt that SCS would want to create a much larger map DLC right after Iberia which is so far their biggest map DLC.

Faroe Islands works pretty well in promods
The Islands have a lot of tunnels to support traffic

I doubt we will see Iceland or Faroe Islands in a DLC
It will not be realistic to take a load from eg Germany to Iceland
Way of transport is shipping by container or ro-ro

But there is a possibility for a full semi-truck too.
I think I did see a youtube video. 1 of the last to be backed into the ship was a semi truck.

Does ProMods have Scrabster - Tórshavn route? Can't remember. And I will not downgrade ETS2 for now.

SCS and Iceland?
Well, Iceland compared to some other countries in Europe.
Possibly not a standalone DLC for Iceland, but with something else maybe?

Iceland could come as a free expansion of Scandinavia. It was already mentioned that Ireland come for free, so why not Iceland for free? It is a lot more overseeable then Ireland, and the main (and only?) ferry connection is in Scandinavia, so the Scandinavia DLC is necessary anyway.

Iceland and Ireland both have ferry connection with base map (Netherlands), so they can come together as one DLC, that could be named Islands.

Well, we have an Iceland pre-research thread made by SCS, and even though there is no guarantee for it to come, there is a good chance it will. There are trucks that go to Iceland. Some time ago a driver from Waberer's was complaining on facebook that they are sending him to Iceland, and what on earth is he going to do, cause his truck navigation doesn't have a map of Iceland....
I'm guessing also special transport and oversize trucks do go to Iceland as well, since the locals are not guaranteed to have the necessary equipment to haul the special trailers to their destinations.

I have not seen that anywhere.
Iceland as free expansion to Scandinavia? I think it is a tad or more, too big to be a free expansion.

Iceland too big? Lol, nearly 80% of Iceland is empty/unhabitated, just mountains, glaciers, ... nothing where a normal truck driver would drive. A first version of Iceland could include the ring road and 5 or a few more cities, more could come in later updates.
