Indeed. In the little mini-metro in west central Minnesota that I live in there are at least half a dozen roundabouts.

Do anyone actually know where to access the files for the new Scania, I what to edit the chassis but cant find the files anywhere :?
Just someone from Denmark who finds trucks interesting.
And also an amateur skinner.

dear SCS team,

i started to test the Beta today, without any traffic mod. i only increased the traffic via console to 4 in the moment.
but what i will do next is disabling the police cars. i don't know, do we play World of Police?
it´s a nice future, but if every ~10th car is a police car, then it is not funny anymore, not for me.
because it is not a bug, i´m writing that here.
i would like to see a police car maybe, maybe once in one hour ingame time. thats more then enough.

you have to extract the files from the def.scs there you can finde under \def\vehicle\truck\scania.r_2016 or scania.s_2016

same goes for the models

extract the base.scs and there under vehicles\truck\scania_2016 you will find the models

I'm pretty much certain that I am not adventuring away from the scanias. This is coming from someone who was a diehard MAN fan.

What I don't get is the face lifted claim, these two trucks drive differently and look nothing like their 2012 counterparts.

dear Rudi, you are a traffic modder so you should know that g_traffic command increases traffic in a non professional way, it's no wonder that you've got many police cars, don't be surprised neither if you have rush hour at midnight :lol:
even if you are in beta and mods are not recommended, you could increase some traffic values and it won't be considered as a mod since you don't modify map, assets, prefabs and other physical files of the game ;)

like i wrote, did now my first kilomters and not wanted write to much about SCS traffic. but this policecar spam is really a pain. :(
my plan is/was, try default traffic, if the behavior are not that bad, then maybe just increase/decrease the traffic via console for different times.
but it looks not well. it rain, cars drive at the highway 50, now i´am in the night, back to traffic 1, and to much traffic, etc......

looks not really good, seems it´s now more worse then before. :|

I hate this assumption, that you're not supposed to use mods when you beta test. SCS even wrote in their blog post to make sure you test with and without mods.
