Help viewing a list of all cargo in the game in local language.

I'm trying to extract a list of all cargo as it appears in the English version of the game (i.e. "Truck Batteries" rather than "truck_batt.dlc_north"). I assume I'm on the right track with trying to unpack the locale.scs file but I've hit a brick wall there as QuickBMS gives me a load of .lua and .3nk files and I have no idea what to do with them. Quite frankly it's a miracle I got that far. I've searched here and done plenty of googling but I haven't had any luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

Only just seen this, having not frequented these forums for nearly three months, but you are on the right track. However, I have no idea what you can achieve with QuickBMS. I use a tool called SCSUnpacker to extract from locale.scs which creates a locale directory containing a number of language directories, one of which is en_gb in which there is a local.sii file.
