Re: Euro Bus Simulator DLC when?
This has nothing to do with physics or turning radiuses, all vehicles obey the same set of physics rules, the game just cant load cargo on the truck itself, the same feature needed for busses to work

Re: Euro Bus Simulator DLC when?
Yeah, Carl1992 both busses & rigid trucks will share same method for picking cargo.

Re: Euro Bus Simulator DLC when?
Busses need multiple delivery/collect points
This is not as important with rigids, they can work with point to point deliveries

Re: Euro Bus Simulator DLC when?
Yes, all those bus stops in the middle of the Baltic roads for example would have no practical use if the game doesn't include multi-drops and routes.
Time ago I also guessed if SCS could include some kind of "nausea" rating; so even if not crashing with anything our stile of driving could affect negatively the passengers thus the final rating and income of the job. Something like this could also be applied to the livestock haul (IRL animals really suffer during transport if hauled recklessly and could even be rejected on the delivery point).

Re: Euro Bus Simulator DLC when?
I think at the very least, SCS is keeping their options open. Why would they keep adding very detailed bus stops / terminals to their maps if they abandoned the project?

Re: Euro Bus Simulator DLC when?
With this launchpad rework that we had in 1.39 and they said in the blog post that this will serve for the future, it makes sense to have a connection to Euro Coach Simulator. It would be a DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2 that would be a game mode with separate profiles and with its own gameplay mechanics.

Re: Euro Bus Simulator DLC when?
The launchpad update could just as well be a preparation for driving school mode. At the moment we don't know anything exactly.

Drivers school is a good bet, hence the parking challenge

Re: Euro Bus Simulator DLC when?
And there's those small and big bus stations all over the map. Could be just for decoration, or not...
I mean they are quite detailed and lots of work went into them (with extra intersections to them where you wouldn't normally go to) for something which is unused as of now...

Re: Euro Bus Simulator DLC when?
Those bus stations were introduced more than 7 years Ago,back in July 2013 with 1.4 update, I'm sure they are intended for Euro coach simulator.
