I do love the A3, as I use it to go from The Netherlands (A12) to Wien and Budapest.

I really would love a upgrade of scandinavia, theres far more of sweden north of stockholm

The rest of Sweden surely won't come as an "upgrade" of Scandinavia, it will be in a different DLC.

When we talk about rebuilts we talk about improve/re-map the zones already existing into the game; not to add new zones/roads into the map. That one could be sporadically done from time to time, but there's no guarantee at all.
And if we are talking about reworkings; SCS already told us that if they consider it worthy (I hope they will) once finished Germany and analyzed the result; then their initial intention was to continue in order of age. So, don't expect Scandinavia to be rebuilt (Denmark for example, which design is more plain than others part of that DLC) before they had rebuilt the rest of the base map and even Going East zones.
Resuming: take a seat in a comfortable couch.
Regards

Wow! Amazing map!
This really helps thinking about what region might be next.
P.s. what program did you use?
