Road to the Black Sea Discussion
Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
What about a road from Giurgiu to Craiova? It would offer decent scenery and it make certain routes faster (including pretty much everything that originates in Eastern Bulgaria and Turkey; going to Not-Romania)

Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
There are no roads from Giurgiu to Craiova, only a road that connects Giurgiu with Bucharest - Craiova (DN6/E70). However, is not too much shorter than A1 + DN65 through Pitești and is one of the worst major roads in Romania, almost always a chore and a traffic jams fest.
I have approximate knowledge of many things
Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
I was thinking of something similar to this route: https://www.google.bg/maps/dir/43.88838 ... !3e0?hl=en
I mention Craiova since, scaling wise, it would lead directly to it, without having to go through Bucharest or Pitesti. Plus, it can enable two more ferry links. Would be nice to expand on the river ferry.

Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
I think they could fit Ploiesti as a small town + A3 from Bucharest to Ploiesti.
Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
if they do, it is also good to continue to Silistra for an alternative route to Varna https://www.google.bg/maps/dir/43.21793 ... !3e0?hl=en perhaps a small ferry to Silistra Calarasi.jackalnxt wrote: ↑12 Dec 2020 12:02 I was thinking of something similar to this route: https://www.google.bg/maps/dir/43.88838 ... !3e0?hl=en

Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
Did you notice that? maybe work is being done on a section of A1 a new road from Bourgas to Ruse exit from the A1 motorway.
Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
@dbddimov I most certainly did. I explored it with the devcam and I spotted a little detail that looked a little out of place for an innaccessible area.
Keep your fingers crossed for the Rish pass and scenic Aytos.

Aytos route?
I'm a bit pessimistic on how it could fit.
I would gladly be wrong
O wait, if I remember right, then this route is the easiest and fastest.
Due to a lot of roads in Giurgiu have 3 to 7ton limits.
The other route should be this one.
I did check those out, whenever it was? After Black Sea release? I can not remember if I did link any of those routes here on the forums.

Truck routes for Giurgiu won't be fun, if 1 stays realistic.jackalnxt wrote: ↑12 Dec 2020 12:02 I was thinking of something similar to this route: https://www.google.bg/maps/dir/43.88838 ... !3e0?hl=en

Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
@Shiva of course it can fit. Both exits are in the game. Sure, some scenic towns will be skipped over but we already knew that.
I corrected your route, btw. The usual trucking roads take the Aytos-Karnobat road instead of the side road. (there is also a great trucking stop near Kamchia that would be fun to visit): https://www.google.com/maps/dir/42.5932 ... ab!1m0!3e0
