This area is based two locations that are merged. IRL this is the resort of Pomorie, but they skipped the town and merged the two roundabouts on the North and South side.
- South side where the road continues East towards the town itself: https://www.google.bg/maps/@42.5643891, ... 6656?hl=en
- North side with the KAT station: https://www.google.bg/maps/@42.5764453, ... 6656?hl=en
The station itself seems to lack a lot of detail and I hope that their absence is due to the one screenshot from the earlier teasers being form this area (would give too much away after all).

Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
The question will be, someday in a future, how literally SCS wants to be the "Euro" part from "Euro Truck Simulator 2". I mean, they can do what they want. They could decide to include northern Africa, Turkey, Israel... It's not a question of where Europe ends but a question of how much time they want to expand the map. At some point they could decide to stop and overhaul everything with far newer technologies that they can't afford or deal with them (or even they are not existent). It's not weird to think on an ETS3.pigbrother wrote: ↑10 May 2019 19:52 Iberia and Western Balkans are a priority, no doubt about it, but Europe goes as far as Urals and there is no debate here. The only debatable part is the inclusion of Caucasus, Northern Caucasus only or no Caucasus at all.
The big asset that has SCS is their map, not the truck driving part. The more variety have they on their map, the more options could offer on the game so everyone could pick the ones he wants. For example, driving under winter conditions on the far North. That could be challenging enough to compensate the lack of diversity on scenery. So far this game has focused only on long range regular road trucks. But that doesn't mean it will be the same forever. A coach DLC has been several times discussed (game files already contain hints about SCS doing trials on it). Rigid trucks have been a never-ending demand of players, hence the possibility to include secondary distribution routes. Once you have rigids, you can think about other "jobs" than just deliver goods over regular roads. What about off-road jobs? For mining or lumber zones, for example, so usual on Northern places. What about "snow-sweeping missions", trying not to lose the road hints but having to drive fast enough to don't get stuck.I wouldn't put much too hope in northern parts of Scandinavia. They are beautiful indeed, but they are so sparsely populated that people will ask what they are paying for, two lane roads through endless forests and tundras? That area could be expanded a little bit reaching the Trondheim - Umea - Vaasa line, but going to the Artic Circle is just a waste of time and money.
But I'm rambling and moving off topic. Let's say just that we have lots of DLCs on the future to come and also lots of other possibilities to add to the game. It's just a matter of imagination.
Regards

jackalnxt, station?
Police station?
Northern Scandinavia empty stretches of road?
I do have to disagree.
There would be more space for cities, small towns and villages etc.
And actual roads! to drive on, who does not want that?
Road to the Black Sea DLC release prediction: December 2019.
If before that, sweeeet!

Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
The first DLC without connection to the base map. Let's see how SCS solve this for players without the Going East DLC.

Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
Shiva, not exactly a police station. KAT stands for Control of Automobile Traffic (Kontrol na Avtomobilniya Transport) or Traffic Control Station. You see them a lot near major cities and some major crossroads.
Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
We are here in the Euro Truck area. What should the solution be?

Re: Road to the Black Sea Discussion
the same as in ATS, buying a garage online
just because it is ETS doesnt mean SCS will invent a completely different way of going to DLC areas without dependency
