Nope.
Much of Russia is indeed in Europe, as is the areas so far mentioned in this thread. This keeps the game strictly inside the region for which it is named.

As long as the game is about driving Euro Trucks it's doing what is advertised.

I heard Great Britain will be deleted from ETS2. As it's pushing the definition of "Euro Truck" sim a tad after Brexit

Russia is not in the EU either so I guess that will go, oh and neither is Turkey so I guess Rttbs will need modifying before release...don't forget to delete Norway as well.

As for Europe, it is a continent, not just a bunch of arbitrary bordered regions considering themselves to be a part of a "European Union". Said union only has that name because the member countries are on the European continent, but they are NOT the only countries on that continent.
It is the same case as America. The United States of America is composed of several arbitrary bordered regions located on the North American continent, however they are not the only ones. Both Canada and Mexico are also on the North American continent. As such an eventual Canada or Mexico DLC in ATS would still be within the bounds of ATS' name.

I think for East Europe need Russian trucks to drive because still don't feel 100% experience and atmosphere(i don't feel full authenticity). Next countries from East Europe ok but first must be in ETS 2 Russian truck to drive.

I don't know how true it is but I've read somewhere that in one of the streams Pavel said that they would love to add KAMAZ trucks if/when future Russia map expansions are made.

Ukraine as least is planned as we can see pre-research topic from SCS, but I am sure on 99% it is not next after Iberia.
