Düsseldorf, Cologne, Duisburg and Dortmund? Those are a bit of mess, in my opinion.
New roads might be fine, not checked yet.

The scale we all know is 1:19 here the question is that for example there are cities like San Sebastian, Pamplona and Bilbao, Irun and Bayona, there are less than 100 km between these cities, and they will be on the Dlc and they are quite large cities

But, it seems that in the north of Portugal we will only have Porto and it seems a shame to me that they do not include at least one more city, there are 200 km to Bragança, Mirandela and Chaves 150 km and they are quite small cities that could be included in the dlc
If they have not included it, it is because they did not want to, not because of a lack of scale.

The area " tras os montes " will be completely empty and I don't understand why, they have put some cities or places in Alentejo that not even the Portuguese know.

To give you an idea within which I have mentioned this area where these 5 cities are (Basque Country and Navarra), there is less than the area that I have mentioned 20.000 km2 vs 21,000 km2 of the area of northern Portugal, where they are only will be a city (Porto).
And the most serious thing is that about 40% that are in the north of the Portuguese population will only be represented by one Portuguese city (Porto)
From a short devcam flight, it appears that Irun is closed off, Pamplona is in the game and San Sebastián is crossed out on one of the signs. Bilbao is probably in.

Yes, and all of those four cities are bigger than Porto AND Braga combined

Porto and Braga can be different cities.
Vila Nova de Gaia and Matosinhos inside the Porto city box, Barcelos and Guimarães inside the Braga city box. If SCS managed to add Düsseldorf, Cologne, Duisburg and Dortmund in the map even in GTS), why they cannot add Porto and Braga, which are in similar distances and are smaller cities than any of the four German cities i quoted (i.e. the even with Matosinhos and V.N. Gaia, the entire area of Porto is approximately the same of Coimbra)?
You're dreaming really big... ;)

As said in the various posts, that list of cities is not officially confirmed, it's surely close to the final thing but you'll have to wait for the official announcement from SCS.
Wait, I thought it's based on the list of cities pulled from the achievement requirement? That seems fairly "official". Even if it might still be subject to change.

I used to make this argument in the past too, but honestly this is a very bad example. Most German cities aren't exactly depicted realistically to begin with, but these four cities in particular suffer a lot from being crammed so close together. SCS's mapping approach has changed a lot since then, and the depiction of urban areas is much more realistic in modern DLCs. However, this usually results in cities taking up more space on the map, potentially leaving less space for other nearby cities.

Besides, something is always bound to end up on the cutting floor, even if there is enough space for it. All DLCs have such omissions, that's just how things are. And Iberia is the biggest DLC yet.

Yes Ivan it is based on the achievements file, so it is surely very close to the final thing, it's just that to be 100% sure we still have to wait for the release or for an official announcement from SCS showing the map.

Yeah I hope we get like two more blog posts in February, and maybe another video at the end of the month showing another in-game preview? At that point, the release date should be 2 or 3 weeks distant.

I'm still desperate for a blog about the Iberia mountains.

My guess is that the next blog post may showcase inland cities of either Spain or Portugal.
It's not 100%, until the final release ;)
