Re: Iberia Discussion
Does anyone know when update 1.41 will be released in open beta, could it be in May or June?

Wyoming will most likely come around June/July, 1.41 will release before it

I always enjoy reading all the excuses why SCS can't do something in ETS2 that they successfully do in ATS. "But there are soooo maaaany different signs in Europe" is currently my number one favourite.

Re: Iberia Discussion
yes there are and this is valid, if it is a specific signs like all direction signs on highways or freeways, if it is a pictogram, they are almost all the same all over europe with slight differences in how the image looks or the background being yellow instead of white

Re: Iberia Discussion
@mackintosh could you give an objective reason or explanation that invalidates what I said? That negates the fact that it takes a lot more time to keep redoing things each year than to just keep using one thing they already know and use all that time improving?
And BTW, I never said (neither SCS when they said what I was remembering) "there's so many signs in Europe". I talked about sign systems and it's not the same. So, stop putting in my mouth the words that fit to your complains.

One thing is signs which might be slightly or totally wrong but total absence of signs / road markings is difficult not to be noticed

I wasn't referring to what you said @Some newbie driver . You're not the one who came up with this excuse. Not everything is about you mate
Re: Iberia Discussion
Yes, that's the area.
Had I looked at the route beforehand I would have just rested early before leaving Valladolid, especially since it was a WoT contract. And I usually do plan out my stops before departing, but I let my guard down and paid for it.
As a postscript to the story, the game towed me to a dealership with no parking spots, and I crashed twice more trying to get to somewhere I could rest. So I ended up just reloading an auto-save from the start of the trip and pretended none of it ever happened.
