The more I drive on Iberia, the more I like it and appreciate all the effort and good job they've made. Anyways, there's still boards to add to the map (for tunnels and rivers, for example).

(That's for the folks who said that they had already lost interest  )

Oh I still love Iberia. None of the faults are insurmountable, nor do they particularly detract from enjoying the game.

The more I drive on Iberia, the more I don't like it, the asphalt look is the most terrible I've seen since those old 2013 prefabs (I wish there was a way to change that to any other kind of asphalt), and they sure took shortcuts a lot, for example this AP7/A23 interchange, seriously? Didn't see this style since Scandinavia. I think I was expecting at least the same quality as previous DLC's. And the signs...well, enough is said that already....

The AP7-A23 interchange is not a T-junction. So this ultimately has to be somewhere else. It doesn't seem to be the exit at Port de Sagunto too, so I really wonder where this should be.

And about the prefabs: I've never ever encountered old 2013 style prefabs in Iberia. Some may be from VLF (2016) BtBS or RttBS, but those are still looking quite okay.

Are you sure you aren't using any other Spain map mod such as ProMods? Perhaps mod conflicts?

It is ap7-a23 interchange but very simplified for whatever reason. I highlighted it in my suggestion thread too. Just look at those blue chevron signs, gives me ets1 vibes all over again...
Stuff like this should never be in their latest dlc, no matter what.
The surroundings and mapping looks very well done, I wish they only spent the same amount of time and detailing on the road where the player actually drives on.

Some newbie driver wrote: 17 Apr 2021 17:27 They said already in previous messages here that it's not comparable to learn about ONE signage systems and keep improving it that to have to learn one (or several) signage systems every year.
When comparing the signage in ETS2 to ATS, it always gets mentioned that ATS has one signage system, but that actually is not true. In fact, in early versions of ATS, SCS made the same mistake in thinking that all the signs in the US were the same as California. Luckily, they've corrected most of that since then, and natvander continues to fix things that weren't right. Road infrastructure in the US is done on a state-by-state basis. There is a national Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), but only 17 states have fully adopted those standards. The other 33 states either use an amended version of the MUTCD or have written their own standards. Similar to each new country in ETS2, each new state in ATS requires research on all the special types of signs, signals, and pavement markings that are specific to just that one state.

As visible on this screenshot of the map, it can't be a T-junction. So are these (official) maps incorrect? Or is the intersection split in two T-junctions? Can someone take a look in game?

This signature virus has been spliced with the Fundementalism-B virus to create a new more contagious strain. Please look for it infecting a signature near you.

It's an exit with interchange to which the exit ends in the t intersection.

Yep, another thing that I found that made me raise an eyebrow was A-3 / A-31 / A-43 junction north of Albacete.

You don't need to take an exit on the road when going from Madrid to Valencia & vice versa.
