Iberia Discussion

Re: Iberia Discussion
Only travelled around a couple of cities around Bilbao/Santander area and I'm quite enjoying it so far. Only thing that irritates me a little bit is the way too much variation in speed limits. In some cases every few hundred meters you constantly changing speed from 50-60-80-90-80-60-40 would of been better to break the realism abit and just made the limits 50 leaving the city to 80 on the freeway and down to 40 when approaching the toll booths I know some people would disagree which is fine but that's just my opinion on it.

Re: Iberia Discussion
Its the maximum allowed speed.
You dont need to change your speed when you know you had to leave the road the next corner.

Re: Iberia Discussion
You have a typo in the third line (0.7348 becomes 0.7378) that leads you to a slightly different result.Some newbie driver wrote: ↑11 Apr 2021 21:50 [...]
Then, D=0,9310M and D=0,7348(M+I)
I equal D and have that 0,9310M=0,7348M+0,7348I
So 0,1962M=0.7378I
Aisle the I gives me 0.2658M=I

Using 89.10%:LopeszTiago wrote: ↑11 Apr 2021 22:44 @Some newbie driver @krmarci I made a mistake with the numbers I provided earlier. The correct % number that I had before Iberia and with 1.40 installed was 89.10% and not 93.10 as mentioned in the previous post. My mistake was because when I changed from 1.39 to 1.40 my % dropped from 93.?? % to 89.10. The remaining numbers are correct. I apologize for my confusion.
Code: Select all
0.8910r = 0.7348(r+i)
0.8910r = 0.7348r + 0.7348i / - 0.7348r
0.1562r = 0.7348i / ÷ 0.7348
0.2126r = i
0.0023(r+i) = 300 / ÷ 0.0023
r+i = 130,435 / i = 0.2126r
r + 0.2126r = 130,435
1.2126r = 130,435 / ÷ 1.2126
r = 107,566 / i = 130,435 - r
i = 22,869
Re: Iberia Discussion
Murcia. I didn't see that mistake.
Re: Iberia Discussion
It's not though its when your leaving the city and entering/merging on to a freeway and following the freeway though....Seelenkrank wrote: ↑12 Apr 2021 05:09 Its the maximum allowed speed.

^You will find this in many EU countries we have them in Greece to. The gradually lowering of the speed limit on highway exits and tolls . Those are not used as speed limits but an indication that you aproatching a lower speed zone or a stop or traffic light so you can gradualy adjust your speed and not see a stop or redused speed sign out of nowere.
There are naive questions, tedious questions, ill-phrased questions, questions put after inadequate self-criticism. But every question is a cry to understand the world. There is no such thing as a dumb question.

Re: Iberia Discussion
In EU when you have a round sign, with red border and a number it is a signed speed limit

Square blue sign with white characters is recommend speed
