Re: Iberia Discussion
Your country has TONS of places one could wanna have a view of that kind. And Spain too.
The potential list would require a whole Scottex paper roll to be written on.

Re: Iberia Discussion
Idaho had 10 and Utah received another 10 recently. I've only managed to find 8 in Colorado (still discovering it), all these things considered, it wouldn't be risky to say that Iberia would have at least 20, maybe more.
Where? Natural monuments near any in-game road, picturesque towns and perhaps a specific industry or two (harvesting olives and such). It's a matter of having a convenient situation and being distinctive.

Re: Iberia Discussion
xactly it is very true Portugal and Spain is very loaded with history and memory.
I just want to draw your attention to a detail of all there are many images and videos that is SCS software has already dropped on DLC Iberia.
Portuguese mosaics but that also exists in Spanish culture (in an intensity).
Each house, Fontana de Agua, churches, squares, factories (old) estates and farms, have mosaics and are true works of art. But they portray the story, they always tell something and usually in blue and white, but they can also have colors.
The ceramic technique very appropriate for the Iberian Peninsula, is masterful. Because it is not recorded for long ... long .... long if well preserved. In general, the Portuguese and the Spaniards over the centuries built monuments and historical landmarks really to stay for posterity.
A little bit of compliment about portuguese mosaics 10 curiosities are in portuguese but with google translator, everybody is at ease to understand things a little more.

Re: Iberia Discussion
I read a lot of discussions, it seems like a good number of people don't like how to map developers do some things.
Re: Iberia Discussion
I think it's safe to call them azulejos in English. It would make a cool paintjob.plinio.lisboa.br wrote: ↑21 Nov 2020 02:18 Portuguese mosaics but that also exists in Spanish culture (in an intensity).

Re: Iberia Discussion
There will always be a lot of people not agree with others work. It doesn't mean they are right and the others wrong (that would be a reduction to the absurd), it only means they think different. And if people really don't like at all what devs are doing, their have their optionsYugoDriver wrote: ↑21 Nov 2020 08:55I read a lot of discussions, it seems like a good number of people don't like how to map developers do some things.

@Some newbie driver I agree, what I saw from blog posts, I really like it. It's good that the quality standard of map expansions is getting better by every year.

Re: Iberia Discussion
An BTW, expect a lot of Spanish people to complain about lots of details (and specially about they not being able to drive to their town in the middle of nowhere ). It doesn't matter how good could the DLC be, this will happen 100% guaranteed.
I myself have a big complain with that DLC if that it was shown in the BCN screenshots remains as seen so far. Anyways, isn't a complain that is directly related to the trucking playability neither anything that devs must consider forcefully. A lot of people thinks that if they complain about something, SCS must attend their demands, and thus the second round of complains about being ignored.
Regards

It’s safe to say some old pics that we labeled as Spanish here before are Portuguese - both of these are in Olhão. (thanks to Flindix)

If i can't deliver Miguelitos through all Spain, I don't wanna play ETS2 anymore.Esproquet wrote: ↑20 Nov 2020 18:19 Guys, you know what they say, if you wish for something really hard, it becomes true. If you wish hard enough for a blog entry on your favourite city, the devs will post it. Granted. I'm wishing now screenshots from the Miguelitos factory. If it doesn't happen it's because you're not really trying, shame on you.
