SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Re: FMOD Discussion [ETS2]
It's for the sounds used by the player trucks in Convoy mode.
It contains sounds for the trucks that the other players are controlling.

Re: FMOD Discussion [ETS2]
I know that quite a few people, including myself, have wanted to make the transmission/gearbox sound play in the engine event. Here's a solution. Use the built-in (absolute) speed parameter. I think it was somewhere in the fmod user manual where it said, that the built-in parameter uses data from the game, so I gave it a shot, and it worked. The best thing is that there are no complicated workarounds, just add the parameter in the event like the other ones (load, rpm...). Now, I'm not sure what the values have to be excactly, so that still has to be played around with, but so far so good Also, here's video showing that it works.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that, but yes, that is one of the sound mods I have made for myself.

Re: FMOD Discussion [ETS2]
@paulnice can you give a tutorial to use the gearbox sound in engine?
Re: FMOD Discussion [ETS2]
@steinhaeger no you just create speed parameter in engine ( don't for get to change parameter type to speed absolute)
