FMOD Discussion [ETS2]

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@Arayas - you can use the FMOD bank tools (linked in post 1) and just replace the sound for it with a blank sample with the same name

Code: Select all
There is possibility in the file to change 3D placement of the sound relative to the default position. Format is the separate line: "position_offset=-left/+right;-down/+up;-front/+back" (in meters).

Re: FMOD Discussion [ETS2]
I have a problem with a sound, when I work with it in FMOD and reproduce it it sounds good, but when I apply the route with the "Mixer Routing" in \outside\exterior\truck_noise\ it automatically applies a reverb-metallic effect that spoils the sound.
Is there a way to know what effect is included (by SCS) in truck_noise to be able to disable it?
