Next ETS2 truck speculation

Unfortunately it was an old stream and at that time SCS still didn't put all the streams on the youtube channel, only the main ones. But who was on stream that day like me, as will confirm the same information.

I sit in new volvo and went for a drive in it and wish SCSsoftware would put in game. And next week hopefully next week I get sit and drive new man tgx 2021 truck.

volvo 12 speed gearbox was so smooth changing up and down and the truck was full of technology and dashboard is best I ever seen in truck and don't ask how much it will set you back lol. yes the volvo fh 21 sounds so beautiful and clean

With each passing day, i lose even more hope of ever seeing this truck in-game... All of the Volvos we have, were made years ago, are completely inaccurate and massively outdated... And it seems that this truck is not a priority for neither SCS or Volvo. And yet, we get Renault's facelift that barely changed a thing. (don't get me wrong, it was nice to get it, but the FH should get the same level of attention, given how popular it is and how large it's fan base is)

My dream is too see this FH with the same level of quality as the new XG's but i doubt that will ever happen...

the truck is out for 1 1/2 years (even less production started late last year, i just saw the first one this week), what about the Actros 5 ? it is 2x as long out in the wild as the Volvo and we sill dont have it, or the S-Way it is also 2x as long out already and Iveco has the worst representation in the game, let SCS do their thing, if Volvo is the one that plays hard to get again then SCS cant do anything if Renault, DAF or Scania are more approachable (the new TGX is also still missing just saying and was introduced 1 or 2 weeks before the new Volvo lineup)

The thing is that, both titles are now a guessing game on which truck is coming next... Iveco and Volvo are definitely the ones that needs a new truck the most on ETS2 and Volvo needs the most on ATS. We don't have prefab additions hinting what's to come and we're surely not gonna get any sort of info from SCS... So we're pretty much in the dark until SCS decides to do something similar to what they did with the LT. And since the vehicle team has their hands full with the new XF... I highly doubt we'll see more trucks for ETS2 this year (Which is quite unfortunate if you ask me, since we only have three trucks in ETS2 that has similar level quality to the one that can be found in recent ATS trucks. {Scania NG, XG's and TGX E6.})

New Volvo FH it's a facelift, it would be possible to add new elements, as in the case of Renault T, if not for the fact, that the current model is somewhat old in quality compared to the trucks added later. And the restyled version needs to be done again, better quality, but then there will be a strong difference with the previous model, although in reality this should not be. Apparently this is the whole problem. Perhaps the best option would be to completely redo the current truck and add new elements to it, but this apparently requires more time and additional permission .

But there is hope that SCS and Volvo have excellent business relations, since we were able to receive a pack of Volvo construction equipment.

Volvo CE is a separate entity, so is Volvo Trucks, VTNA, Mack or Renault. It’s just that they are all part of the same group. Licensing talks certainly vary for each brand. Getting one doesn’t imply getting the other.
