Re: Next ETS2 truck speculation
I speculate two trucks that he mentioned as 'a facelift.' If its either a Volvo FH or a Mercedes-Benz Actros.
-For the New Actros, mirror cameras, new halogen and LED headlights/tail lights are optional, with the addition of new cabins and in the engine, OM470 will be joining forces in the engine lineup.
-For the Volvo FH, it is highly possible that it will be the next truck, either after the introduction of the new generation DAF X-Series or the release of an all-new MAN TGX. It will be similar to that of the Renault Range T Facelift (a.k.a. Revolution), in which the front bumper of the facelifted FH will be added to the bumper configuration, as well as customisation options for the FH Tuning Pack DLC, and major interior stuff. Engines will be updated, since 460 hp is the only engine compliant for Euro 6, while the remaining engines are compliant with Euro 5, with or without EEV. IRL, the FH4 and 5 have also compliant with Euro 6b/6c/6d, in all engine lineup of the truck. I also assume that fuel tanks and its battery is due to rework to match it IRL.
(P.S. I'd also seen in an Instagram post of HS-Schoch, in which the FH5 customised with these accessories, from the lower, side bumper guards, bull bars, etc.)

Re: Next ETS2 truck speculation
Facelifting those two models would be a bad decision due to their older textures and also their dimensional inaccuracy. Now that SCS manages to get the accurate references from brands, either they properly produce the newer model as standalone or they update the older model with greater accuracy and add the facelift to it. I don’t think they would go for the second option.

Re: Next ETS2 truck speculation
I honestly wouldn't have high hopes regarding those 2 trucks if I were you. Knowing SCS they will go the easiest route and just add new parts to existing models. The same way they did with XF106 and Range T which both are inaccurate as well...
The smallest details always make the biggest difference.
Re: Next ETS2 truck speculation
Range T too? That was unexpected
Re: Next ETS2 truck speculation
My crystal ball says DAF XF.

Re: Next ETS2 truck speculation
Volvo FH and MB Actros already slightly old models and slightly inferior in quality recently released trucks. And I hope that restyling FH and Actros MP5 will be made from scratch.
@Wolfi But Scania R 2009 and Streamline these are two separate models in the game, although they could also be combined into one truck with the replacement of elements.

Re: Next ETS2 truck speculation
SCS said that they are working or were going to work on the DAF XF 2021.So,unless something else come 1st,the DAF XF 2021 is going to be the next one in my opinion.
Not confirming anything,it's just a guess
