My biggest wish for the next version (apart from trailer clipping issues) is that we now can assign trailers to our hired drivers as weel.
Or at least we prevent drivers to have owned trailers at their disposal.It's been annoying for me a driver who's been hired for ADR work using a tipper trailer.Of course there's a workaround like assign all drivers to a garage in one city and have all trailers as tank trailers but it's not possible every time.
So, that would've been great if we also assign trailers to drivers working for us just like we give them trucks.

You can already prevent AI drives to take a owned trailer. You just need to mark it as private.

for 1.39, the usual, compatibility for Iberia/Colorado, maybe a new trailer and maybe the rest of German Rebuild

Germany is already rebuilded in my opinion. But as for new trailer, SCS maybe add Krone Sal Trailer. Iberia will be come with 1.39 or even 1.40 version. But I don't know about it too much.
