As mentioned before on other threads, the Germany rework is on hold. It probably won't come anytime soon, given that the person responsible for it no longer works for SCS (What I've read, don't know if it's true)

MandelSoft left did not influence anything in relation this. They continued work after he left, but most or almost all team was allocated at that time to help the Road to the Black Sea DLC and Iberia DLC. This team still exists with very few members, but possibly working on it as a side project without much priority.

Possibly, but if it does it will be out at around 5PM CEST.

Sadly all I can do is watch reviews until the mods I use get support for 1.39, I am too dependent on my mods. Also we may or may not get the new Scania V8 Line-up, but maybe next year because the new Line-Up sounds very different and has a low rumble to it.

I would imagine everything but sound mods should work fine. Unless the mods are version limited and locked.
