Any trucks without turbo?

Hi All,

So i just purchased ETS2 and been enjoying it alot. However the turbo sound people complain about is starting to give me a headache.

I did some research and found a mod to fix that, but unfortunately I hate using mods, so does anyone know of any trucks in ETS2 that don't have a turbo that I can use?

Did some googling before posting, but couldn't find the answer to my question.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just bought my first truck - the Volvo FH sleeper, so if infact there is a truck out there that doesn't have turbo, then i will have to make a bit more money and trade it in.

Unless you want to drive an electric truck, not really.

Sadly all the trucks have turbos since it’s a rather almost essential part of a diesel motor. Only way to get rid of the sound is to use a mod unfortunately.

MB SK had NA engines till 90s, don't know if a mod exists

If you want, you can stay at 1.36 version, that doesn't have this problem. I hope SCS will take care of this and give a solution.

Ide rather stay up to date. I tried turning on the radio and it helped. I really do hope though they take care of it as it would be alot nicer to just have a tickbox in gameplay to take care of this problem.

In Man TGX Euro 6 V8 the turbo sound is less annoying. You can try too.

awesome! thank u man. i tried out many many trucks last night doing short quick jobs and the Renault seem to be the only truck I can never drive due to the interior being so cheesy and the red screen dashboard being impossible to read. The MAN Euro 6 XL was my fave out of the MAN line up - so ill def keep an eye out for the V8 one. Out of the 12 MAN trucks in the dealership, do you remember which number it is? I can't check now as I am doing external contracts.

There is no V8 for TGX euro6, D38 is not V8
