NASA PCs? GPUs as old as Fermi (2010) and Southern Islands (2012) support DX11. I'm not sure, but maybe even Evergreen has DX11 support, though I think it's feature set 11_0.

I don't think mirrors are reflecting reality.

I get it they should be pitch dark while in the country roads, and I get the point about headlights almost invisible at noon.

What I see is that later in the day headlights should become visible, not only at night, and mirrors are too dim in gas stations or under some town's traffic lights:

If they can’t play on DirectX they can play on OpenGL. DX9 is very old, 10 year old machines will run DX11 and even cheap machines today run DX11 if not DX12. They shouldn’t hold back just for people on DX9.

That's what I always say! or you evolve with the gaming markets or get stuck in the old games ;)

Other than the issues already mentioned, i'd probably only add that for trucks like the Nextgen Scanias, they should have their flare types set as LED. Seemed weird with their state change delay on LED lights. Other than that, I really like how everything looks now, literally the only thing i'd change is making nights a little bit darker.

Other than most of my flares being busted, my Scania has survived.

I also wonder if HID lights could potentially be supported, by having the game change light intensity gradually with the headlights on, but still turning them off quickly. You could cheat them in the past, but they wouldn't look right when you turned your headlights off.

@vjbenn They'll need some adjustment, yes. You can copy SCS's new settings to get them to behave until they document the new system.

@LeafeonGold +1. LED Lights shouldn´t fade in and out as they do at the moment. It would be nice if SCS could simulate a difference between LED´s and normal bulb lights, but other than that, really a very nice update!

When I drove an excavator from France to Istanbul last night, I thought the traffic lights and the taillights were too bright.

When I got to work this morning at 6:00 am I thought crap, the reality is just as bad

Feedback to first trial of version 1.40:
- The Drackensteiner Hang (A8 between motorway junction A7/A8 and Stuttgart) is in reality much more steep.
- The direction lanes on motorway junction A7/A8 an on Motorway junction A7/A3 are in reality much different
- the tunnel on A7 is not so close on the steep hill near by the motorway junction A7/A8
- Munich: three - leg motorway interchange Eschenried is missing, Allianz Arena is in the east of Munich, nearby motorway junction A8/A99/A9, Tunnel Allach is missing
- on the southern part of A7 (New part of A7) rest stops and gas stations are missing

Is there a possibility to correct that?
