I can exclude some more prominent bridges based on Google Maps.
It's neither the Oresund Bridge near Copenhagen, nor the Pont de Normandie near Le Havre, nor the A4 bridge over the Rhine near Cologne. It's not the Deggendorf (A3 between Nuremberg and Linz) bridge, either. Also, not the new bridge in Genoa.
From the vegetation, it's probably reworked Germany, but it could be in France or in the Baltics.

It's neither the bridge to Gedser, Denmark, nor the bridge from Odense to Copenhagen.

Then I used Google Lens and it gave a lot of Russian options, but neither of them was correct.
Then I thought it was southeast of St. Petersburg on the ring, but I'm not sure:

Oh haha, I didn't think it was that exact bridge because of the lack of trees around it (on both sides iirc), but I like it!

This is absolutely just a guess, but I think it's either (reworked) base map or Scandinavia.
