If it is Baltics, which I assume it is, I can score out some roads where this surely can't be found.

It doesn't look like Finland, so I think it is in either Russia or the Baltic countries.
For Russia, I think the only possibility is the Pskov - Narva road. I've never driven that one, in contrast to about all other roads.
I couldn't found a possible location in the Baltic countries, though I don't think it is in Estonia or Latvia

If it is RttBS, I would say it is Romania, since that is where you mostly see trains running parallel to the road.

Ok, that's interesting, so it's either Bulgaria (Turkey doesn't look like so) or Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

In 4h we can look in game, but is there a way to fast travel between places (or just by camera)?

You can use the devcam (which is probably what you mean?), and you can teleport to cities using the "goto city_id" command.

@P3TER_ In Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/config.cfg, you change the 0s in the following lines to 1s:

After that, you can go into devcam mode using the key to the right of 9 (0 on a Dutch keyboard) when in the game. You go forward with Num 8, steer with the mouse, change flyspeed with the scroller, and move your truck to the chosen location with F9 (be sure to be close to, but not in the ground to not damage your truck).

You can jump to a city by opening the console with the key to the left of 1 (@ on a Dutch keyboard). Use the command

goto city_id

with the city_id usually being the city name. It is enough to type the first few letters that uniquely identify it, upper or lower case does not matter.

@Evil_Jason That's wrong, as I stated before. It's in BtBS or RttBS, and not in Russia or Romania.

Given how much I've driven in Bulgaria, I can say (with moderate confidence) that it is NOT the answer. I also don't think it's Turkey.

It is probably in BtBS. I don't think it is Finland. I don't recall many rivers in Lithuania either. For now, I am leaning towards either Russia or Latvia.
