You would be surprised at how often I see comments on social media asking for Georgia DLC. There is definitely a market for it.

Are you sure that it's the country Georgia, or could it be the U.S. state Georgia?

If we have the Caucasus countries with Eastern Turkey, then maybe we can pair Western Turkey with Greece and have a Mediterranean DLC.

"Problematic" describes the situation with a lot of borders in that entire region... I'd love to be able to drive around the entire Black Sea in the game, but I don't know if SCS will even be willing to go there.

I'm afraid the chances of Malta being in the game are less than 1%, and the chances of it having more than one town are less than 0.01%. SCS just doesn't do small countries.

I'd say Cyprus is a plausible inclusion. Perhaps as part of the Greek DLC. No more than 1 city though.

The design of HOR seems quite accurate, I've also done a map including all cities already present but also with some predicted cities in Ireland, Balkans, Belarus+ Ukraine and Moldova and also HOR which are in my signature but please be aware I haven't finished yet.
