ETS2 1.41 Speculation Thread

What would be interesting for SCS to add in update 1.41 would be an option to turn on the truck cab's interior light on ETS 2 and ATS

Point lights in the game (so, all lights that aren't Sun) can't cast proper shadows as per what Max told us during 1.40 beta. Also go through solid objects, as we see with headlights or beacons.

So, I don't think we want any interior light in our cabins until a future update could change those things, because the result could be veeeeery ugly.

The only exception we have so far is the dimmed red light on the lower parts of Scania cabin and I'm sure they had to do lots of tricks with the model to achieve it.

Looks like the main feature of 1.41 is convoy multiplayer.

I knew this was gonna be added to 1.41 I kept telling my friend that half the stuff scs said they add to the game I’ve always been right it’s like I can see into the future

Pavel had said he would arrive this year, but I was betting that would arrive on 1.42 update.

Well it looks like 1.41 I thought so too it was gonna be 1.42

Be aware that, whenever it arrives, it will be a beta release for sure. I don't mean there will be an OB period, but that the whole feature will be considered in beta even after the normal release. Like DX11 was at the first update in which it appeared.
