Anyway, love Iberia. Can't wait for Greece and Balkans.

The real reply Was.. "We have to leave some room for the modders".
When has SCS said that they do not support modding? Do you mean the screen ingame that says they do not give support for mods? There it is the mod maker that might give it.
ATS and ETS2 are modding friendly.
Paid mods is a no no, tho. Free mods okay. Of course there will be limitations, or atleast should be.

Iberia DLC, I do like it a lot. Of course there is things that could be better, there always is. For games and for IRL.
Black Sea, for it there were those that said that it had way too many narrow roads and too few highways. And that is how it is there IRL too. Yes, I do think that there could have been 1 or 2 more roads in Romania.
For Iberia, should they have deleted motorways and instead taken a lesser road for its stretch?
There is hope to get a few more narrow roads for Spain.

People just need to stop confusing "we don't support mods" with "we can't take responsibility of mods consequences in the game". Its not the same, not at all.

And about the roads, all that there are could had been but there aren't all that could had been. As always. We can deal with it or not, that's not changing what we got. If in the future they add more, be in Iberia or in other DLC, the more the better. But we just can wait and hope, not demand.

Well to be fair..
What I said was: there is no coastal road with beautiful scenery and scs made great emphasis on this at the time.

fyi.. When I went round the whole outer circumference route, as close to the sea as possible..
I kept asking myself, 'where is this coastal road that goes round the peninsula'.. and all I could see was, kinda' hills.
..and I'm thinking to myself, that the sea must be beyond those hills, but maybe not modeled.

I run triples with multimon2, so I can't help but notice everything outide the left and right windows from inside the cabin and I enjoy that irl too.
I mean I wasn't asking for loads of villages to drive through and have to slow down for, 'cos that in itself is a pita.
I was just wanting and expecting what was advertised.

+In the opening post the first thing I said was, thankyou scs, I appreciate a lot of work has gone into this and I don't want to come across ungrateful..

I was just so disappointed that they didn't include a great coastal road for us to admire the scenery while driving.
saying all that.. I hope scs update the map in some way.

on a side.. anyone noticed that while entering the toll roads there is white painted diagonal strips that you can actually feel when driving over, but..
the white dividing line of the 'hard shoulders' on all the roads, have no feeling of texture/rumble effects.
Is that something they missed or is that by design. I can't imagine it would be.

The topic was meant to be constructive feedback, that was all.
..but then you'll always get folks who start to make it personal because they don't share the same view.

SCS can make perfectly fine rumble strips, I don't know if they are common in Spain? Or they were omitted due to time constraints

Yeah I know they can do them because the whole ets2 map, including all the other DLCs have them.
Here's hoping it was like you said.. 'time constraint'.

Just seems a wee bit weird when you're driving, not to get any feedback and obviously from a 'road safety' pov.

Try Murcia to Valencia, although it is a highway you get some nice views of the sea and some cities on the right side.
