[IBERIA DLC] Easter egg or just my imagination ?

At the bend of a WorldOfTrucks contract I passed through the Franco-Spanish border (A9 - Barcelona / Montpellier) and I saw a small dot move on a monument at the border.
Intrigued, I opened the photo mode for better seeing and possibly irmmotalising the moment.
And I see a man alone with his camera, which seems to take pictures of the place and not of the monument just behind him.
All around there is no pedestrian, he is alone in the area.
So I remember a piece of news that appeared on Steam Community at the time when the Iberia DLC was being designed, it mentioned that two SCS developers had gone to Spain to complete the sound recordings of the zones.
Maybe they also took some pictures?
In short, it's still quite strange to see a guy alone in the area of ​​the Franco-Spanish border.
Could it be Matej or Irenej ?
After as much it is not an easter egg but an animation wanted by the development team.

"Tourists" with cameras can be found in many places all over the place. Definitely some in the Baltic countries.

It could be a generic tourist or an Easter egg (there's one of Trucker Dog, taking pictures of trains if I remember well). But hard to say without confirmation of themselves.
