I used the code to get the 1.41.0.24s experimental beta. When I check Convoys, they all have a red dots. Selecting one of them, I get this:

DLC Compatibility:
Map Module Europe

Unknown DLC Not Found
DLC - DAF 2021 Absent on server

Errors
DLC Mismatch Unknown DLC
DLC - DAF 2021


What am I missing?

Check that the new DAF has installed in your game.
Are you using family share? That has been known to have issues with free DLC.

It's anyone else having trouble with autoloads saves with sp eb 1.41 beta

@Queentruckeruk As per previous, you'll need to provide some more information, like a game log from after a crash.

Nothing showing in game logs like errors and don't have any mods like I said only happened since updated 1.41.24 yesterday

Only errors I have are old garages which some reason still there

That's one of the side effects of removing map mods. Any garages from the mod forever remain in your save file.

It's weird that load saves work fine MP but not single player and I tried scania s that works fine and not that bothered really

Well, it's definitely loaded because I'm driving it! No family share. When I check in Steam under DLC, I also see it there...

Maybe the Host doesn't have the DLC installed.
