But SCS Team forgotten to let Upstairs on the fuel-tank with the sideskirt off option ... could be great to correct this thing

According to the data provided by DAF, the engine specification within ETS2 seems a little different from reality.

But new gen DAF have new gen MX engines... In ETS2 you have:

Same as on XF, But it should be
2021 MX-13 390: 530 hp(390 kW) & 2,550/2,700 Nm

torque_curve[]: (1425, 1)

But then again, its easy to edit so no big deal...

Has anyone manage to find the ad-blue/def tank at all? I can't seem to find it and there looks to be a slot on the right side where it would go in between the scr and fuel tank

Had a quick spin with the truck and I gotta say I LOOOOOOOOVE IT! For the sound levels I play with, the truck is really silent. The view is amazing with a 70-degree FOV. The DIP is amazing too!

Some peeves though:
1. Driveline data isn't accurate. It's a real immersion-breaker.
2. Navigation icons. They don't seem to fit. Everything else in the interior is of better quality. Hope the day when the game engine limitation is overcome isn't too far ...
3. I've said it numerous times but still, absence of the kerb-view glass. At least I expected that. Maybe in the future, I'd be able to spec my truck with it; fingers crossed.

Special shoutout to the mirrors, but I'd still stick to the cameras which I feel are even better than the mirrors. It's always nice to have something new.

Overall an impressive work done by DAF as well as SCS! Huge thanks to everyone in the vehicle department for bringing out this marvel. Can't wait to see your magic in other trucks!

took the XG+ daf for a spin with a B-couple..
with 23 tons of cheese.. 530hp and a 16 speed auto.. it gets up and running nice..
the dash doesnt bother me that much.. i got used to it from the mercedes antos rigid truck from work.. it also has a digital dash.. not really a problem for me when driving.. im not looking at it anyway when i move forward..
but i got the same problem with the cameras in the sim as i do with the real truck.. i cant see dept with those screens..

as i said i used a B-couple when i took that daf for a spin.. i play the sim on a 42"tv and im sitting 2,5 meters away from it and i couldnt see a car in the lane next of my 2nd trailer
with the truck from work i cant see much either beyond the rear of the truck..
like i can see a colour dot coming up close to me.. but i cant see what it is or who`s in it..

the longer cab is also not a problem.. its just 33 cm longer..

if people complain about the lack of sound in the cab.. get used to it.. newer trucks are very well isolated from sound and have double glass side windows.. if a car would pass by of another truck you wouldnt be able to hear it..

i might get used to the truck.. as i said in the other topic.. im not sold on the looks.. but it does its job.. gets cargo from A to B... but as my name here is scaniadriver.. i will go back to scania soon and keep this truck as a back up unit if i want to change it up a little.. i like that extra bite and the v8 sound from kriechbaum

Yesterday I tried a new DAF I got an XG + cab and of course cameras instead of rear-view mirrors, I took a 4567km debt from Vyborg to Lisbon, then I adjusted the route to drive on the new highway which was added to Iberia (after adjusting the route 4700km) it took me 5 hourse of real time, I started playing 18:24 CEST and 23:24 CEST I finished, I have another job this time from Lisbon to Edirne (4324km) I will indulge in it on Sunday (tomorrow
