New DAF arrived on Euro Truck Simulator 2

First thanks to SCS software for this beauty, this new DAF is so much better than the previious one with those new cabin and headlights, but that interior is awsome especially the dashboard who is so complete, every info you need is there. Those mirror cams are awesome, I'm allready to it and I like them more than the old mirrors. This one is allreagy my favorite truck and thanks Nando CEV who make the DAF XF sound by Kriechbaum compatible

I did test the new daf 21 and it's a beautiful looking truck and love the new dashboard and I did 1700miles on full tank.

Maybe they should do so. If you keep behaving like addicts without the dose, you are going to achieve SCS decide to put us all in abstinence. With a bit of luck, some people would then learn to behave properly.

The truck will be ready for the beta when it will be, not a tenth of a second before no matter how much you people complain and insist till the boredom here on any other media channel.

Does the cruise control icon looks the same for you? It's so low quality, that it looks white instead of green - as I assume it supposed to be green.

To be honest: I really like new DAF, but instrument cluster quality is a huge disappointment - it looks rather old Iveco, not even close to quality known from new gen Scania or Range T

Because it is actually white and only the needle is green.

I'm liking the truck so far, but, is there not a fuel gauge on it? only a numerical one? I mean, you have the temp bar on the left side and it sort of works, i was expecting to see a similar one on the right side for fuel

Certain design cues remember me of the Scania S series a little bit, but I have to say it's a very beautiful truck!

It's missing, but that's intended because this is the best that can be done without rewriting the entire dashboard code to support the small change in linearity >2000rpm or >100km/h.

Hmm, makes sense. The non-linear part of RPM is just the 0-500 appearingly but speedometer has a few non-linears that is the challenge. DAF 106 XF has the non-linearity of RPM integrated well with an update so it may be possible. Or sometime it will be done as a mod, especially by ... Piva
