it did change, but also minimum requirements mean minimum setting, it isnt meant to be played in 1080p

here are the original system requirements, they changed with the Scandinavia DLC i think

a HD6870 is miles ahead of the old Min spec though, although at the time I was still running like a Q6600 for a while. I did upgrade to a 4670k but kept the same old gpu for a bit until I upgraded to a 970 which worked perfectly.
