Or simply they will get the new no-stars version in the case they would had to renew the plates due wear. I'm supposing it's something that could happen there as it happens here (it's one of the reasons one can fail the regular legal exam of the car maintenance).xXCARL1992Xx wrote: ↑27 Jul 2021 09:01this is what i meant, no new licensplates with the starts, also in UK the cars keep the licensplate for live, dont think there will ever be a re-registration or you have the money for it needed

If they are gonna update them, it would be nice if they included the green bar on Tesla AI traffic.
Just for clarification the EU stars are still valid on UK vehicles in EU member states, but any new issue number plates will have the new format of GB with the UK flag.

Just going to chip in and be pedantic, but they're not.Mohegan13 wrote: ↑28 Jul 2021 09:24 If they are gonna update them, it would be nice if they included the green bar on Tesla AI traffic.

Current legal number plate is GB with a Union Flag in the blue band, but from September this will be changing to say 'UK'.
Anything else is invalid and requires an additional sticker if you're travelling abroad. Domestically it doesn't matter.

Re: ETS2 1.42 speculation thread
Updated speculation changelog for 1.42:
Vehicle:
- New ownable trailer: Livestock Carrier
Gameplay:
- Added new cargo/es for livestock carrier (such as Pigs, Horses, Cows, Goats, Sheeps and any other livestock animals). This cargo might or may not require Scandinavia/Vive La France/Beyond the Baltic Sea/Iberia to unlock. (Cargo masses are not calculated at the moment).
- Renamed Beef to Cattle Meat in all types of job market.
- Major fixes for Iberia DLC (specifically the transition border of France A-9 and Spain AP-7 wherein a 50 km speed limit should be removed.)
Accessories: Renault Tuning Pack (possible within patches of 1.42).
More to come.

Re: ETS2 1.42 speculation thread
we get the Multi Steel and the Megaliner Plus, the City Liner doesnt make sense because it isnt intended for international transport and for the Megaliner we dont have the trucks to use it

Re: ETS2 1.42 speculation thread
City liner isn't much special, I highly doubt we would get it.
Carrier systems make sense only after rigids are added to the game, so would eliminate that too.
Profi Liner Multi Steel and Mega Liner Plus - very high chances of being added, those were the ones seen in tweets.

I don't use Twitter, but for the City Liner trailer, we also have it in ATS, ie its game version, and I would say that it is also not intended for long routes
Re: ETS2 1.42 speculation thread
If you are talking about single axle trailers, we do have it in the standard trailers, just like ATS. Either way, I'm highly skeptical about city liner coming to ETS2.

Re: ETS2 1.42 speculation thread
we dont have any "cityliner" trailer in ATS, those are normal trailers and they are used in long haul with more then 1 of them at once
the City liner is a trailer made for in town deliveries only what you already see because it has forced steering and is not intended to use outside cities on long journeys into other countries what these games represent
