@jackalnxt Try your math again. 2022 is 10 years since it came out (and thus the 10th anniversary).

That's, uh... Not how anniversaries work.

When the 10th anniversary of ETS2 comes to tears of joy, maybe we could get a surprise from the scs, for example that ATS and ETS2 would combine via multiplayer and singleplayer with the fact that in singleplayer you could see your American truck but also a European truck and do take a photo with them, I just don't know if it's possible to combine two games into one 😃

1. what would the benefit be? (for players and SCS)
2. dont think truck/trailers licenses allow that.
3. would be an utter waste of development. (for me personally)

@Ceco Licenses alone make it impossible, but there are other reasons you wouldn't do it either. For example do you now double the price and everyone gets both?

@TruckDriver The benefits for SCS would be greater sales, and for players the opportunity to travel from Europe to the US
@Madkine the price would remain the same, it would work by turning on ETS2 and playing in a European truck and you could go in multiplayer or singleplayer to the USA (the opposite is true for ATS, you would play in an American truck) in singleplayer you would they had the opportunity to see their own truck (European and American in the place where you are standing with it) DLC would work as you can now, you can not, you can't, who would want to drive from the US to Europe and otherwise have to own both games, I've been thinking for a long time and I've made it up, but it's a shame that it won't work, it would be great to deliver cargo from Europe to the US and vice versa

this is total nonsense, why should the game physically be linked?

we have WoTr that can be used to start a job in Europe and finish it in the US we dont need to link the games for it, especially because it would diminish the sales and they would have to make the game more expansiv because it has 2x the content in 1 game (all the license crap is already headache enough to forget this idea entirely)

I wouldn't set my expectations too high since there was only a chassis update for the 5th anniversary of ATS
