John Deere Machine dlc

Всем привет! После выхода дополнения Volvo Construction Equipment для ATS и ETS2, хочется чтобы аналогичных дополнений вышло больше. Я предлагаю разработчикам из SCS Software создать несколько похожих DLC, например John Deere Agriculture Equipment, Case IH, liebherr, NewHolland. А что вы думаете по этому поводу?

Hello everyone! After the release of the Volvo Construction Equipment add-on for the ATS and ETS2, I would like to see more similar add-ons. I suggest that SCS Software developers create several similar DLCs, for example John Deere Agriculture Equipment, Case IH, liebherr, NewHolland. What do you think about this?

I wouldn't hold your breath. This company isn't very friendly. Like newbie said "Beware with John Deere, it doesn't matter that they could have "the mind opened" to those kind of licensing with video games. Their lawyers are still a pack of hyenas ready to jump over anything with a grim in their face that is anything but friendly.

Go check what they try to do about repairing your IRL JD machinery in the USA, trying to leverage Copyright patents laws in a very weird way. I think the Supreme court finally blocked those pretensions but it was by any means a very nasty move from them. If they keep that kind of corporate mentality, I would rather not to touch them even with a stick."

Yeah, those were my words and for good reasons. If they ever arrive as a branded DLC, welcome them. But I thing it's not a company that will be easy to deal with. Lots of other big agricultural brands could take the place; I'm sure there's one that will be very present in both US and Europe.

To transport these tractors on a trailer? They will behave like any other existing trailer. Better paint them red, call the Jack Bear, and show the company the middle finger. Do companies hand over 3D models when an official deal is made to make the work easier?

They have better lawyers and more money than SCS. Even if SCS wins, they will still have to covers years of trials and expenses. Bad idea.

Liebherr is a good option. In Spain, for example, I have seen a lot of it.

I wouldn't touch John Deere with a 10 foot pole if I were SCS. If they're as bad of a business partner as they are from a consumer standpoint then it's not worth the headache.

@Some newbie driver I have not personally but I hear about their DRM-for-farm-equipment and anti-repair practices all the time.

It will be nice to see more licensed maschines as cargo for both games:

John Deere
Liebherr
Caterpillar
Wirtgen
Komatsu

Krone (it makes not only trailers, also agricultural machinery)
