The only thing I don't like is this gap in the center of the steering wheel, both to the left and to the right, it has a slight delay. The rest I could see so far is fine.

Well I tried the game after the patch, did the reset settings and FFB felt really strange and read the full blog explanation too, but theres force applied when it shouldn't and the other way around too with some dead zones. Logitech G29 here.
I played with the the sliders for and horu or so, but still could not found anything close to what I used to have and feel before patch 1.42.
Anyways I will keep trying and hope that if theres something missing, or that need a fix we can get it soon.

@Space_Night I saw that you took the [internal friction] does it help the gap on the steering wheel either left or right?

Re: ETS2 1.42 discussion thread
Hi. I have a Logi 920 wheel and whenever i turn the wheel it feels like there's no oil in the steering rack, it feels like it's grinding on bare metal. I have the settings on default but despite fiddling around i can't get rid of it. Any ideas please.

Re: ETS2 1.42 discussion thread
its because Logitech wheels only use a cog-gear (gear-driven) which is not capable of producing good/precise FFB, try to turn down the overall gain or internal friction.
Re: ETS2 1.42 discussion thread
A good thing you can set the animation's degrees according to your wheel. At least one thing I can use (not Convoy nor FFB in my case).
