The latest update has corrupted the ffb. The Logitech g923 steering wheel cannot be adjusted as in previous updates. SCS please rectify the problem and rectify that the truck does not behave in the rain as if it were on ice!

I have some concerns about Convoy mode now supports mods. My concerns are if I join a convoyserver that supports mods and the other players on the server has mod XY which i don't have does the game download mod XY and fill up my hard drive with mods I don't use outside convoy mode or does the convoy mode works even if players on the server does not have a mod the others have?

Since the old centering was a simple spring effect, you can always turn down the Low-speed centering, High-speed centering, and Internal Friction to zero and enable spring centering in your wheel's hardware profile settings. That will give you a similar FFB sensation as in older game releases."
Tried that, but get very little resistance near the center. Doesn't feel like the old FFB. So far, with my G920, it's either it's shaking/vibrating constantly or it's incredibly light near the center. Going back to 1.41 its night and day with how the wheel behaves.

Did you used the FFB plugin before the 1.42 update?

No never tried it.I was thinking about trying it but wasn't sure if it still worked. I updated to G HUB to see if it would do anything, but same behavior.

And do you have any mods that change game physiscs? That can cause trouble too.

Also, you say you are using Logitech devices. I'm sure they give instructions to disable some options in the G HUB in order for the wheel software don't interfere against the FFB instructions that send the game. It's not in the blog article that you linked before. Maybe somebody else would remember where this info is.

I can only write that this latest update ruined the ffb. In previous updates, something could have been adjusted, and now it's a nightmare! The truck behaves as if it is on ice, and the ffb is disastrous. I use a G-hub and the steering wheel is a Logitech G923 True Force. They seem to have problems with multiple control devices. And it seems that physics is also causing a disturbance on ffb.

It's a physics based ffb system, so yes phsics settings will impact your ffb.
